Return and exchange of goods

We hope you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to accept a return of brand new, unworn items.

In order for your return to be valid, you must inform us of your intention to return before returning. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the loss of the goods and your return will not be accepted (packages without prior notice to our customers will not be accepted and will be returned to you). Any fees (including customs and taxes) incurred due to failure to comply with the return instructions provided by us via email or here will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

Regardless of whether the product is discounted or not, returns can be made. Please check if you have received the wrong product as soon as possible after receiving the order
Returns and exchanges must be arranged within 14 days after (i) confirmation of receipt of the order, or within 7 days after your return and exchange request is confirmed, whichever is later.
Please avoid trying on shoes at the door or balcony to avoid unnecessary scratches on the sole/surface that may affect returns and exchanges.
Attention: If you wish to change the product size/color, you need to first return the product and then place an order for the desired size/color product to complete the replacement.

Unable to accept return cases

Products that have been delivered for more than 14 days.
The product that the customer has already used.
Products contaminated or damaged by customers.
Products that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery.
Products (mainly leather products) that cause wear marks during fitting/trying on.
Products contaminated by tobacco, perfume, fabric softener, etc.
Insufficient packaging when returning the goods.
Underwear products (underwear, socks, etc.)

How to return goods

Please provide customer service with your order number, detailed information about the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will contact you as soon as possible.
